Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic design team. The candidate will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, and detailing of RCC and steel structures for various infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other civil structures using relevant design codes (IS, IRC, etc.).

· Strong Experience in RCC Building Design, Steel Structure, and Bridge Projects.

· Prepare design calculations, drawings, and technical reports.

· Review architectural and MEP drawings for structural coordination.

· Ensure safety, economy, and code compliance in design.

· Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related structural issues.

· Coordinate with architects, clients, and project managers for timely project delivery.

· Supervise preparation of detailed drawings and reinforcement schedules.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering (from a recognized university or institution).

· Experience: 7–10 years (Strong Structural design experience may also apply).

Software Proficiency:

· STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit or midas Structure will be an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of IS codes and design standards.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
