Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at our company, you will work closely with the global Solutions Consulting team to create and deliver innovative solutions that showcase the capabilities of the Sprinklr platform. Your role will involve becoming an expert on the Sprinklr platform, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to internal solution development efforts to drive sales success. Your responsibilities will include partnering with Solutions Consultants worldwide to understand customer needs, developing customized Sprinklr demonstrations to highlight platform value, generating customer insights content, and aligning Sprinklr's capabilities with client objectives during the proposal development process. Additionally, you will be expected to enhance your technical skills and presentation abilities to deliver exceptional customer engagements. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic problem-solver who thrives on overcoming business challenges using technology. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. A keen interest in learning, technology, and customer success is essential to excel in this position. Requirements for this role include at least 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or consulting capacity. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, customer service, digital advertising, or research is beneficial. Strong presentation skills, the capability to simplify complex solutions into compelling narratives, and a basic understanding of cloud platforms or web technologies such as HTML/CSS will be advantageous. Prior experience with enterprise SaaS solutions is preferred.
