Role Overview: As a Global Senior Solutions Architect for Trusted Call Solutions at TransUnion, you will play a strategic role in architecting TransUnion's Branded Communications under the TruContact business portfolio. You will collaborate closely with carriers and Fortune 500 enterprises globally, serving as a Solutions Architect and Sales Engineer simultaneously. Working as part of a team of senior solution architects and product managers, you will focus on designing, developing, and integrating technology solutions for global customers across various business verticals. Your responsibilities will involve shaping product features, roadmap, and new services by leveraging market and global competitive intelligence. Additionally, you will work towards driving adoption based on key metrics and delivering value for carriers and enterprises. By framing and executing new initiatives, you will contribute to shaping products and services under TransUnion's Branded Communications group. Key Responsibilities: - Work effectively with global customers, senior solution architects, and product managers in an agile development environment - Formulate and execute strategies to exceed revenue objectives in collaboration with Product and Sales Management - Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure successful deployment of solutions - Evangelize the value proposition of TransUnion solutions to customers" key stakeholders - Contribute to building business cases and advocate for investments as needed - Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) and user feedback, applying design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs - Build market-back Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with a commercial, user-centric mindset - Support sales and account management individuals to convert prospects and achieve annual revenue targets - Conduct training sessions with customers and internal teams to increase product/service awareness - Design, develop, and maintain stateless microservices in various environments using modern CI/CD techniques - Improve best practices for delivering high-quality solutions leveraging open-source tools and automated builds, tests, and deployments - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional organizations following Agile development methodology - Participate in direct customer interactions, including national and international travel - Lead in responding to RFI/RFPs and contribute to solution design documents for customers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's (B.S) degree in Computer Science or related field, Masters (M.S) or MBA a plus - Minimum 10+ years of system design/implementation/consulting experience with carriers and Fortune-500 enterprises - Minimum 5+ years of solutions consulting/product management/building products and services with high availability and scalability - Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functionally and across all levels - Proven track record in creating and managing strategic global vendor partnerships - Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks - Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL DB, RESTful systems, and API design - Understanding of data science workloads, cryptography, and encryption - Familiarity with open-source development and integrating open-source components - Technical skills in infrastructure, container-based deployments, ELK stack, orchestration, messaging, monitoring/alerting, protocols, and mobile application development/support (Note: Some technical skills are listed as nice-to-have) Company Details: TransUnion is committed to providing an environment where associates have the opportunity to drive their professional development, pursue their passions, and take ownership of their careers.
