CGI is looking for highly skilled C++ in blend with SQL Developer. As an individual developer he/she will take an exciting and challenging enhancement against an already developed product & its associated interfaces.
He/She will be a C++ senior developer (high-visibility, high-impact role) who can develop work against change request via Agile process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coding using C++ along with C# (preferable) technologies with high quality that helps to accelerate definition, delivery and adoption of outcome-based solutions.Your future duties and responsibilities:
Work with Project manager, executives, Business Analyst and developers to understand in
detail the requirements and develop.Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++/C# code.Implement performance and quality modules.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.Help maintain code quality.Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.Contribute or facilitate scrum teams.Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with decision makers at customerorganizations.Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills, good listener, abilityto provide a trusted voice at the decision-making discussions.Ability to work in team and comfortable working with ambiguity. Appreciation andadherence of processes - Agile, quality, compliance, and Knowledge Management.Must-Have Skills:Thorough knowledge of the standard library, writing scalable, clean using C++programming languages.Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.Experience with SQL and Oracle databasesRevise, debug, update and refactoring the code wherever required/applicable.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with C#, Database, and design patterns
Understanding of dynamic polymorphism.Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitExperience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
