Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails)

As a Full Stack Engineer at HappyLocate, you will lead the Core engineering team, playing a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. - Developing APIs and services to support AI/ML model integration. - Building intuitive, responsive, and modern UIs (React / Vue.js preferred). - Ensuring performance, scalability, and security across the stack. - Optimizing databases, caching layers, and background job processing. - Participating in architectural discussions and influencing product/tech roadmaps. - Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong documentation. - Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback. - Contributing to architectural decisions and system design.
