Senior Software Engineer - PHP

SimplifyVMS is known for its sophisticated multi-tenant SAAS HR Tech product built on a complex microservices architecture, and your experience in working on similar platforms will be highly beneficial. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for large enterprise Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies. Role Overview: - Design and implement services architecture using Laravel/YII framework - Create well-defined APIs for seamless communication between microservices - Optimize platform for scalability, high availability, and performance - Implement multi-tenancy features for secure and efficient use by multiple customers - Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards - Mentor junior developers and maintain a high-quality codebase - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel or YII framework - Proven experience in designing and implementing services architecture - Previous work on transitioning monolithic applications to SaaS platforms - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other communication protocols - Proficiency in database design with multi-tenancy considerations - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively Qualifications: - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Nice-to-Have) - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Nice-to-Have) - Understanding of frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js (Nice-to-Have),
