Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions in alignment with enterprise technology principles, methods, and best practices
• Design accurate estimations, technical solutions, and detailed specifications for applications
• Deliver technical outputs such as well-optimized code, test cases, and appropriate documentation
• Drive adherence to and maintenance of technical standards and practices, incorporating industry best practices
• Manage and resolve complex integration challenges between cloud, on-premises, and legacy systems
• Ensure seamless implementation and deployment of Generative AI solutions within the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Optimize application performance and maintain scalability and reliability
• Mentor junior developers to ensure continuous improvement and skill development

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in IT, focusing on software development
• 4+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong coding skills and expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Proficiency in utilizing Generative AI tools such as those used for SDLC or in the development process
• Familiarity with REST API design principles and development
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Capability to handle advanced enterprise integration scenarios
• English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Understanding of performance tuning and optimization strategies in Java-based applications
