Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend/mobile developers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust features.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in production.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks in the Java ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Experience in designing and building REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with GraphQL and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached).
• Exposure to performance tuning and monitoring tools.
• Prior experience working on large-scale, high-traffic applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,950,000.00 per year
