Senior Software Developer

Role Overview: As a Software Developer at Prudential, you will utilize your extensive experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and API development to build robust RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs. You will collaborate with global teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, work with Azure services, integrate with NoSQL databases, and design data pipelines to support the organization's technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and TypeScript while following best practices and coding standards. - Design, build, and document RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs to ensure reliability, security, and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand API requirements and create comprehensive API documentation. - Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications and APIs. - Utilize Azure services such as Function App and APIM for effective deployment and management of applications and APIs. - Work with NoSQL databases like CosmosDB or MongoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. - Create and manage data pipelines for handling data ingestion, transformation, and processing. - Develop a deep understanding of global organizational needs and align technical solutions accordingly. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with a focus on Node.js and TypeScript. - Proven expertise in building RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs, with a strong emphasis on API documentation. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and tools for software delivery and deployment. - Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Function App and APIM. - Proficiency in NoSQL databases like CosmosDB or MongoDB, including data modeling and querying. - Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data processing. - Track record of building multiple applications and collaborating within global, diverse teams.,
