Job Overview:

Mindware is seeking highly skilled and versatile professionals to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying POS (Point of Sale) software, barcode label designing software, job portal applications, warehouse management software and dynamic websites.

You will work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology solutions. In addition to software development, you will be responsible for website development, management, hosting and ensuring smooth functioning of web-based platforms. This role requires an adaptable individual capable of handling both application and website development, maintaining hosting environments, and ensuring performance, security and scalability of all solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain POS software, barcode label designer applications, job portal solutions, warehouse management software and websites.
• Manage website hosting, server configurations, domain management and ensure uptime and performance optimization.
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers and developers to deliver high-quality software and web solutions.
• Conduct testing, debugging and performance optimization for software applications and websites.
• Integrate APIs, barcode SDKs, third-party libraries and web services as required.
• Monitor, update, and maintain existing websites ensuring compatibility, responsiveness and security.
• Ensure software and website solutions meet business requirements, client expectations and industry standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, web trends and propose innovative solutions for both applications and websites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications, web platforms and hosting environments.
• Implement SEO best practices, performance optimization and user experience enhancements for websites.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Frontend Development:

• React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

Backend Development:

• Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python, Django, Express.js, REST API development

Website & Web Management:

• WordPress, Laravel-based web apps, custom web development
• Website hosting (Linux/Windows servers), DNS management, domain setup
• Website performance optimization, security, backups, SSL management

Database Management:

• MySQL, PostgreSQL

Other Technical Skills:

• Machine Learning (ML) and AI integration
• Barcode SDKs, QR Code generation
• POS software integration
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure – optional)

Tools & DevOps:

• Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux basics

Additional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering POS, Barcode, Job Portal applications or websites.
• Experience managing hosting environments, domains and live websites.
• Strong understanding of software and web development lifecycle, best practices and performance optimization.
