Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the software development team, establishing technical standards and promoting best coding practices.
• Architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services.
• Create responsive, user-friendly, and interactive front-end interfaces.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services seamlessly into applications.
• Optimize application performance, both in terms of database efficiency and code quality.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to our tech stack.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high application performance standards.
• Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth user experience.

Requisite Skills / Technology

1. Backend Development

• Proficiency in Golang or Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot).
• Experience in microservices architecture and API design.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, caching, and application scalability.
• Knowledge of application security practices, including OAuth, JWT, and RBAC.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

2. Frontend Development

• Proficiency in Vue.js and JavaScript.
• Experience in frontend performance optimization for responsive and smooth user experiences.

3. Database Management

• Expertise in MySQL or MongoDB, including schema design, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.

4. DevOps & Cloud

• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.

Compensation Package - Cost To Company (CTC)

Range: 9 Lac per annum to 10 Lac per annum approx.

(The exact CTC for the selected candidate shall be computed based on his/her qualifications and relevant work experience as decided by MKCL. The salary fitment of a candidate with higher qualification and relevant experience shall appropriately commensurate as per MKCL's norms).
