Senior Software Developer - Frontend Technologies

As a Senior Software Developer at we360.ai, you will be a key player in transforming workforce productivity by developing smart, intuitive, and secure SaaS solutions. Your role will involve empowering organizations to manage, analyze, and enhance team performance in real-time. We are seeking passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about building scalable, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex data. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of industry experience as a frontend developer in a product company and hold a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or possess equivalent experience. Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision are essential. Your proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Git will be crucial, along with experience in utilizing UI component libraries like Ant Design or Material, and the React Framework (recent versions). You should also have expertise in interacting with APIs and services using REST, MQTT, and WebSockets, as well as a sound understanding of Web standards and terminologies such as HTTP, CDN, SSL, CORS, CSRF, and ServiceWorker. Experience in deploying Cloud Services such as Azure (preferred), Google Cloud, or AWS, and a solid grasp of building custom components libraries are desired. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, or Cucumber would be a bonus. Additionally, the ability to make minor backend code changes in various languages to align with frontend requirements is advantageous. Your responsibilities will include making feature additions and improvements to the frontend framework, taking ownership of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for frontend components, and ensuring timely delivery. You will contribute to enhancing the ease of use, functionality, speed, user experience, and accessibility of the product. Collaborating with the Product/UX team in designing mockups and user-journeys, as well as aiding in adding new usable features to the product, will also be part of your role.
