Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

  Node.js

  with a focus on API design and business logic.
• Take ownership of

  data modeling and optimization

  for central data stores using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Drive implementation of

  unit, integration, and performance tests

  to ensure platform reliability.
• Contribute to the full service lifecycle, including

  deployment and monitoring in cloud-native environments

  (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement

  best coding practices, code reviews, and architecture standards

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in

  web technologies

  with a strong focus on

  backend development

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript

  and

  Node.js

  (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with

  MongoDB

  (data modeling, query optimization) and other NoSQL/SQL databases.
• Proficiency with

  React/Redux

  or equivalent front-end technologies (MERN stack).
• Strong experience with

  AWS cloud services

  and

  containerization tools

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of

  testing, code quality, and software craftsmanship

  .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing in an

  agile, collaborative environment

  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  Java / GoLang

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to

  microservices architecture
