Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our global team at Techolution. This is a fully remote role that comes with the exciting challenge of 24x7 rotational shift support, ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of mission-critical systems. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, driving automation, scalability, and incident response to keep large-scale systems running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure

  availability, scalability, and performance

  of production systems across cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
• Automate infrastructure and operations tasks using

  Python, Go, Bash, and Terraform

  .
• Design, implement, and manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize workloads in

  Kubernetes

  environments.
• Set up and maintain

  monitoring & observability

  platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
• Handle

  incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

  to minimize downtime.
• Participate in

  24x7 rotational on-call support

  for critical services.
• Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, and product teams to improve system reliability.
• Drive best practices around

  automation, resilience, and performance optimization

  .

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming/scripting skills (

  Python, Go, Bash

  ).
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Cloud or AWS

  .
• Proficiency in

  Kubernetes

  (setup, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Solid knowledge of

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Monitoring & observability expertise (

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry

  ).
• Experience with

  Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
