Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cladding and faade installation activities on site.
  
• Review and understand cladding drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  
• Coordinate between design team, contractors, and site supervisors for execution.
  
• Ensure correct installation of ACP panels, glazing systems, aluminium frames, stone cladding, and other faade elements.
  
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
  
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
  
• Resolve technical and site-related issues related to cladding installation.
  
• Manage materials, manpower, and equipment required for faade works.
  
• Verify measurements, quantities, and prepare material requisitions.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
  
• Ensure the cladding works are completed as per project schedule.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
  
• Good understanding of installation methods, material handling, and fixing techniques.
  
• Strong communication and team management skills.
  
• Good knowledge of quality standards and safety protocols.
