Senior Site Engineer

Shelke Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune.

Note: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Mivan shuttering technology and high-rise residential or commercial building projects.

Experience: 5 to 10 years experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage site execution, supervision, and quality control for high rise building projects (residential and commercial).
• Oversee contractors' work, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards on the construction site.

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
