Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Architect

end-to-end solution delivery, platform governance, and mentoring teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  technical delivery and architecture

  for multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD).
• Define

  platform strategy, governance, and roadmaps

  in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and review advanced

  scripts, workflows, and integrations

  (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, APIs).
• Manage

  CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM implementations

  at enterprise scale.
• Drive

  automation, orchestration, and performance optimization

  of the platform.
• Oversee

  instance strategy, upgrades, cloning, and update set migrations

  .
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to

  best practices and coding standards

  .
• Provide

  technical leadership

  during upgrades, patching, and innovation projects.
• Maintain detailed

  architecture and solution documentation

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 - 14 years of IT experience

  , with 8+ years in ServiceNow platform delivery.
• Proven expertise in

  large-scale ServiceNow implementations

  .
• Strong knowledge across

  multiple modules

  ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer scripting

  .
• Strong integration experience with

  REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, OAuth, SAML

  .
• Deep understanding of

  CMDB design, Service Mapping, and Discovery best practices

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  platform governance, upgrade strategy, and performance tuning

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  ITIL processes

  .
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  .

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  
• CIS (Implementation Specialist – ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, or CSM)
  
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
  
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – Highly Desirable.
