Senior Security Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and integrate enterprise Identity and Access Management Solutions.
• Customize and configure connectors to integrate with various systems and applications.
• Develop workflows, rules, and policies to automate identity lifecycle management processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to ensure the successful deployment and integration of identity management systems.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
• Partner with project managers to define scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document project plans, technical specifications, and implementation procedures.
• Conduct user testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior developers and support staff.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, and implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with an SailPoint IGA Saas Solution
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, Powershell, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, provisioning, and compliance.
• Familiarity with directories (LDAP, AD) and databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
