Senior Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities: - Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. - Ensure Agile ceremonies are efficient, collaborative, and outcome-driven. - Track sprint progress, backlog health, and delivery timelines. - Partner with Product Owners to ensure prioritization aligns with business outcomes. - Drive transparency using Agile dashboards, reports, and metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput). - Coach engineering teams on Agile best practices, estimation, and self-organization. - Help identify and remove impediments that block progress. - Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams. - Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership. - Contribute to scaling Agile across squads and programs. - Help evolve processes for distributed, cross-functional, and AI-focused teams. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - 3-5 years of experience in Agile project management, delivery, or Scrum Master roles. - Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent). - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple squads and cross-team dependencies. Good-to-Have: - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). - Experience in cloud-native, AI/ML, or SaaS product environments. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Agile at scale. - Exposure to BFSI, GRC, or other enterprise-grade compliance-driven environments.
