Job Description

Lead and manage full lifecycle
SAP EAM/ETM implementations
(requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support).
Analyze business requirements and design scalable, effective SAP EAM/ETM solutions.
Configure and customize
SAP EAM, PM (Plant Maintenance), and ETM modules
to support asset lifecycle, preventive/corrective maintenance, scheduling, and tool tracking.
Provide guidance on industry best practices in
asset management, plant maintenance, and tools logistics
.
Conduct workshops, prepare detailed functional specifications, and deliver training sessions.
Ensure integration with other
SAP modules (MM, FI, PM)
and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, support upgrades, and ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with business teams, technical consultants, and leadership to drive adoption and improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years
of SAP EAM and ETM experience, including
SAP S/4HANA implementations
.
Strong expertise in
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), EAM, and ETM
modules.
Proven success in delivering end-to-end SAP implementation projects in global environments.
Deep understanding of
asset lifecycle processes
, preventive/corrective maintenance, and tool tracking.
Excellent
workshop facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
skills.
Strong integration knowledge with
MM, FI, and external systems
.
Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Outstanding
communication skills
(verbal and written).
