Senior SAP CRM Functional Consultant

As a SAP CRM Senior Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will be utilizing your 6+ years of experience in SAP CRM sales and service, along with SAP SD, to drive successful implementations in industries such as Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, and Rental. You will have the opportunity to work on at least two end-to-end implementation projects while effectively communicating with Senior Management and Clients. Your role will involve configuring SAP CRM Module, ECC integration, SD Order to Cash, and One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management, and resource planning. Utilizing your strong consulting skills and business knowledge, you will assist clients in the SAP CRM Sales and Service area. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in CRM Sales, Service Management, Web UI, Middleware, and Order to Cash. Knowledge of User exits, BAPI, BADi, and WRICEF objects will be beneficial. A graduate of B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, or an MBA degree is required.
