Senior Salesforce Tester

You will be joining Fulcrum Digital, an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company that specializes in providing digital transformation and technology services from ideation to implementation. Our focus is on delivering complex digital commerce ecosystems to a diverse range of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, health care, and manufacturing. In this role, your responsibilities will include testing units, manuals, automation, load, functions, implementation, etc. You will also be reviewing codes for bugs, design, scale, and maintaining complex salesforce test frameworks. To excel in this position, you should have 5-8 years of relevant QA technical experience, particularly in automation (Selenium/Cucumber Framework) with Salesforce testing. A deep understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is essential, along with hands-on experience in testing the Salesforce platform. Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred but not mandatory. Key responsibilities will involve creating clear, concise test plans/cases, reviewing design specifications, identifying test requirements, developing and maintaining test cases, executing manual or automated test cases, reporting test results, identifying and reporting potential quality issues, isolating and verifying bug fixes, understanding and creating test plans, communicating effectively with development and project management, and demonstrating leadership potential while working collaboratively within a team.
