As part of the team in Remote, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of automated test frameworks. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and the qualifications required: Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Additionally, you will create end-to-end test strategies and integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior QA engineers are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Create end-to-end test strategies for AI-driven or model-based test automation. - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high code quality in test suites. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and optimize coverage. - Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation. - Perform performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or Locust. - Ensure traceability of test cases to business and technical requirements. - Analyze test results, debug failures, and report quality metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Senior Automation QA experience in Salesforce. - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA automation. - Hands-on experience with AccelQ or similar automation tools. - Strong coding/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages. - Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the software development lifecycle. - Experience with version control and defect tracking tools such as Git and Jira. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.,
