Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Lightning Developer at VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be joining the global team to enhance and implement Salesforce systems across the retail and investment management business in banking clients. Your responsibilities will include implementing regional and global requirements, increasing adoption using best practices, integrating with various third-party and internal platforms, and delivering a unified client ecosystem for the firm. You will collaborate closely with different teams, taking a hands-on role in designing and developing new features while ensuring enhancements align with the overall vision. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Salesforce system enhancements and solutions for banking clients - Collaborate with various teams to design and develop new features - Integrate Salesforce with third-party vendors and internal platforms - Ensure solutions are in line with the firm's vision and best practices - Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions for complex challenges - Develop and maintain Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS code - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows - Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party vendors via API integration and RESTful services - Possess knowledge of DevOps best practices, including Version Control, CICD tools, and Salesforce DX - Conduct Apex test classes and scripts for quality assurance - Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels Qualifications: - Experience: 5-7 years - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly in Salesforce Lightning within the Financial industry - Proficiency in APEX, HTML, JavaScript, CSS - Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with 3rd party vendors, API integration, and RESTful services - Strong skills in programming, reports, dashboards, workflows - Good understanding of databases including SQL and SOQL - Knowledge of DevOps best practices, Agile methodologies, and the full development lifecycle Please note that VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a global staffing and IT consulting company that provides technical consulting and team augmentation services to Fortune 500 Companies.
