Salesforce Tech Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions using
Lightning Components
.
Develop and implement scalable and secure integrations between Salesforce and
Google Cloud Platform services
(e.g., BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance optimization.
Design and implement data models, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and process automation.
Manage deployments across multiple Salesforce environments using tools like Gearset or Copado.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features, and drive their adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong experience with
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
and
Aura Components
.
Proficiency in
Apex
,
SOQL
,
Visualforce
, and
Salesforce APIs
(REST/SOAP/Bulk).
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with
Google Cloud Platform
(BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, etc.).
Experience with
OAuth 2.0

Google APIs
, and secure authentication methods.
Familiarity with tools like
Workbench
,
Postman
,
Data Loader
, and
Salesforce CLI
.
Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Salesforce certification is preferred
