· Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
· Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange and automation.
· Participate in technical discussions and provide input on architecture and design.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA for end-to-end solution delivery.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, test coverage, and deployment pipelines.
· Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
· Understanding of OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors) to create dynamic and configurable UIs and service processes is highly preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
· Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, triggers, and batch processing.
· Any Salesforce Industry cloud like PSS or Health Cloud experience is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components is highly preferred.
· Familiarity with Salesforce data and security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
· Experience in building scalable integrations using APIs and working with middleware solutions.
· Exposure to Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
· Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders effectively.
Certifications Required:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) – Preferred/Highly Desirable
