Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Experience Cloud, TypeScript & JavaScript)

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Product Managers, UX Experts, and Delivery Leads to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop

  WCAG 2.2 AA compliant

  Experience Cloud websites delivering high-quality digital customer experiences.
• Build, test, and document Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migration components.
• Develop reusable

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and leverage modern front-end frameworks for responsive design.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, participate in peer reviews, and implement design patterns for maintainable code.
• Provide accurate effort estimates, task breakdowns, and timelines.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform releases, web development best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Salesforce Expertise

  :
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong focus on

  Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)

  .
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations with external systems (e.g., headless CMS).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce

  CLI (DX IDE)

  ,

  SOQL/SOSL

  , Apex, Experience Builder, and Salesforce App Builder.
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization

  is a plus.

• Front-End & Web Development

  :
• Expertise in

  JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React

  (or other modern frameworks).
• Proven experience in responsive design using frameworks such as

  SLDS, Bootstrap, Material Design

• Certifications

  :
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
• Platform Developer II & JavaScript Developer I (preferred).

• Tools & DevOps

• Strong proficiency with

  GitHub/Bitbucket

  (branching, merging, rebasing).
• Hands-on experience with

  Gearset

  for CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as

  Jira

  for sprint planning and tracking.
