Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer

As a Salesforce Senior Developer at ChargePoint, your primary role will be to collaborate with business partners and product managers to maximize the capabilities of the CRM system. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, documenting, and managing customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations to support the growth of Sales, Service, and Marketing functions. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform effectively - Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and communicate benefits and risks - Research and implement best solutions and approaches to meet requirements - Educate stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and minimize the need for customizations - Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements - Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules - Develop customized solutions in Visualforce, Apex to support business requirements and decision-making - Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team Qualifications Required: - BA/BS in Computer Science - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce's Sales Cloud Functionality administration and development - 3+ years of experience in architecting and designing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud - Experience in implementing Salesforce CPQ & Billing End to End - Proficiency in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code, Visualforce, Lightning components, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas - Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with agile software development processes and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications are highly preferred Location: Bangalore/Gurugram ChargePoint is an equal opportunity employer.
