Role Overview



We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise consulting sales, particularly in AI, analytics, or digital transformation services. The ideal candidate is a strategic seller who excels at building relationships with C-level stakeholders and closing high-value, consultative deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and solution positioning to contract closure—for AI adoption services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline across mid-market and large enterprises.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior technology leaders to identify and shape AI transformation opportunities.
  • Partner with delivery and consulting teams to craft tailored proposals and value propositions.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in enterprise/consulting sales of AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value technology or consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, drive strategy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
