Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Network Monitoring Solutions (NMS)

Location: Science City
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives + Performance Bonuses)
Shifts Available: Day Shift & Night Shift

NetAI is a fast-growing company specializing in Network Monitoring Software (NMS) for ISPs, MSPs, and enterprises. Our AI-powered solutions help businesses improve uptime, enhance customer experience, and reduce troubleshooting time with automation. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to scale our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end B2B sales of our Network Monitoring System (NMS) to ISPs, MSPs, and enterprise clients.
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, digital outreach, and industry channels.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase NMS capabilities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting, requirement gathering, proposal, negotiation, to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on revenue growth.
• Work closely with technical and support teams to deliver smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, IT Infrastructure, ISP/MSP solutions, or Network Software.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, IT infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to present technical solutions in a clear business value-driven manner.
• Flexibility to work in Day or Night shifts as per client/region requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
