Senior Relationship Manager

The role of converting prospects into customers involves showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects in line with their investment needs. This includes utilizing leads provided by the Marketing team and generating self-leads through local activities such as procuring relevant databases and conducting on-ground activities in corporates and clubs. You will be responsible for taking prospects on site visits, addressing their queries, and coordinating with the Developer or PropTigers Developer Relations Team for any necessary clarifications. Ensuring compliance with the operations process is a key aspect of this role, as well as ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interactions with PropTiger at all touch-points. Additionally, providing after-sales services and assisting customers with Home Loans are part of the responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduation or MBA degree, a positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily, and a passion for sales. Direct sales experience, good communication skills, the ability to understand prospect requirements, and pitch property solutions effectively are essential.
