Job Description

Bachelor s degree required, MBA in HR or equivalent field preferred.
5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on non-IT and leadership hiring in an IT or technology-driven company.
Strong understanding of how sales, marketing, and business operations roles function within the IT industry.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), ATS platforms, and Excel.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles within an IT organization, including mid to senior-level positions in Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, HR, and other corporate roles.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand job requirements and define hiring strategy aligned with company goals.
Source and engage high-quality talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for functional and leadership competencies.
Coordinate and manage interview processes with internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Facilitate offer negotiations and pre-boarding formalities in collaboration with HR operations.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders.
