Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition professional at Autodesk, your main responsibility will be to manage and drive strategic early career programs to hire talent for India. This role involves cultivating recruiting partnerships, coordinating and executing events, creating and facilitating dynamic Early Career Programs, developing a talent pipeline of new graduates and recent Alumni, and promoting the Autodesk brand. You will be an integral part of Autodesk's flex forward hybrid working environment, reporting directly to the Early Career Programs Manager based in Hong Kong. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Talent Branding: Partner in the development of impactful early career programs brand campaigns and their strategic deployment using social media & branded recruiting collateral. - Candidate Generation: Post approved jobs at target schools, partner with Career Center Coordinators, develop sourcing strategies, and screen diverse talent from universities, partnerships, and programs. - Screening and Selection: Facilitate all aspects of candidate selection including resume reviews, interviews, and selection processes leading to offer letters. - Program Development: Facilitate structured Early Career Programs for early talent resulting in outstanding engagement. - Talent Pipeline: Ensure adherence to Autodesk's global hiring process by collecting comprehensive data of all candidates via the ATS (Workday) database to build and maintain a talent pipeline of Early Career high potential candidates. - Partner with Internal Business Groups: Meet with leaders to evaluate conversion candidates, facilitate offer approval and creation process. - Cultivate Alumni Talent Pipelines: Maintain active Intern Alumni Talent Pipelines and serve as a candidate champion for emerging entry-level job opportunities. - Program Results: Maintain and provide monthly and quarterly metrics to reflect accurate ROI. - Benchmarking: Continuously monitor local industry best practices and provide improvement recommendations. - **Minimum Qualifications:** - 8+ years of experience leading full-cycle Early Career Recruiting. - Direct experience working in multinational technology companies, banks, accounting firms, and other sectors. - Experience in building relationships with students. - Experience in providing formal or informal training and mentorship. - English language proficiency required. - Demonstrated expertise with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday). - Demonstrated ability to build successful partnerships with all levels of management and peers. - Understanding of HR practices and local employment law.
