Experience: 4+ years total, 3+ years in React Native

Role Overview:

Senior React Native Developers

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize React Native mobile applications.
Ensure seamless performance across diverse Android devices.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
Write clean, testable, maintainable code aligned with best practices.
Conduct device-specific debugging and performance tuning.
Participate in reviews, discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must Have Skills:

React Native Expertise
Android Ecosystem Knowledge
Clean Code & Best Practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Excellent communication and teamwork
Proactive & Self-Driven. Ownership, problem-solving, and initiative
Device-Specific Development. OEM customization or native module experienceApp Store / Play Store Publishing
Familiarity with app release processesTDD & Pair Programming.Writing test-first code, collaboration-driven development
CI/CD (CodeMagic / Bitrise / AppCenter).Setup and management of automated build/test/deploy
Cross-Browser / Device Testing. Ensuring compatibility and responsiveness

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and client interaction ability.
Collaborative mindset, but capable of independent ownership.
Detail-oriented, with focus on clean UX and code quality.
