As an experienced React Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience, your role will involve designing and implementing high-performance, reusable React components. You will lead complex front-end development projects from conception to deployment, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, collaborate with back-end developers and designers, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices and coding standards.
