About the Role

We are seeking a Senior React Developer who is passionate about building immersive 3D web experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js along with practical experience in Three.js, WebGL, and modern 3D rendering techniques. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver cutting-edge 3D applications and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance React.js applications with integrated 3D/visualization features.
• Implement and optimize 3D rendering using Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, or similar libraries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate concepts into interactive 3D web interfaces.
• Optimize performance for smooth rendering across browsers and devices.
• Integrate APIs, backend services, and real-time data into 3D applications.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D web technologies, React ecosystem, and frontend engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 – 6 years of experience as a Frontend/React Developer, with at least 2 years in 3D development (Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Redux/Context API.
• Hands-on experience with Three.js/WebGL for building interactive 3D visualizations.
• Knowledge of shaders, rendering pipelines, and GPU optimization.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration of backend systems.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.

Education

• BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a well-reputed engineering college.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Digital Twin applications or 3D Configurators.
• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or AR/VR frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).

This role is ideal for someone who not only loves coding in React but also enjoys pushing the boundaries of 3D web experiences.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
