Role Overview

cost estimation, contract management, BOQ preparation, and cost control

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning for upcoming projects.
Evaluate contractor quotations, bids, and negotiate contracts.
Monitor budgets and ensure cost control throughout project lifecycle.
Manage variations, claims, and contract administration.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Provide periodic cost and progress reports to management.
Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience
as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with
property developers in the Karnataka,India.
Proven expertise in
luxury high-rise and villa projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, and tendering processes.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
Immediate availability will be an advantage.
