Job Summary:

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of the software development process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Design, plan, and execute test cases before product launches to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve defects through systematic testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with development, systems, and infrastructure teams to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and protocols.
• Analyze and document test results; recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Design automation test cases in

  BDD format

  based on user stories.
• Implement and promote test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Stay updated with emerging QA technologies and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience designing and executing manual and automated tests.
• Strong hands-on experience with full software development lifecycle for complex systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang, C/C++

  .
• Experience with

  UNIX/Linux and Windows

  environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in

  test automation

  and setting up automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with tools like

  Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, TestComplete, ReadyAPI, EggPlant, Perfecto

  , etc.
• Experience with

  GitHub, JIRA, Xray

  , and working in a

  DevSecOps

  environment.
• Background in

  financial services

  or handling sensitive financial data.
• Knowledge or certifications in

  cyber security

  is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in

  Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

  .
