Senior Quality Analyst / Team Lead

You will be responsible for reviewing project requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to generate test plans. Your role will involve creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for manual and automation testing of web applications and mobile applications. As part of your responsibilities, you will estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. You will design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools and identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs. Additionally, you will perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and develop testing processes to ensure product quality standards are met. To excel in this role, you should have experience in manual and automation testing, with a focus on UX and customer web application and mobile app testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is essential. You should also be proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Communication skills are crucial as you will liaise with internal teams to identify project requirements and functionalities. Problem-solving skills, good decision-making abilities, and a strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others are desired qualities.
