Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Java, C#, or similar programming languages.
Perform in-sprint automation testing as part of Agile development teams.
Identify, review, and prioritize test cases suitable for automation.
Write, maintain, and execute test scripts for both web and desktop applications.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to understand complex functional and non-functional requirements.
Execute various types of testing: Sanity, Functional, Integration, Exploratory, and System Testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Automate and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Prepare detailed test plans, test strategies, test cases, and traceability matrices.
Work with defect tracking tools to log, track, and manage bugs.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, and SOAP UI.
Write and execute medium complexity SQL queries for backend validation.
Provide detailed test reports, identify risks, and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
Optional: Work with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) if prior experience exists.
