What You'll Do

• Lead the overall test strategy

  for our web (React.js) and mobile (React Native) applications, defining the right mix of manual and automated testing.

• Architect and lead the development

  of our test automation framework, making key decisions on tools and implementation.
• Perform hands-on, expert-level

  manual and exploratory testing

  for complex user flows and edge cases that automation can't cover.

• Mentor and guide

  developers on quality best practices, fostering a culture where everyone is responsible for quality.
• Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, and work with the team to integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and execute the strategy for

  non-functional testing

  , including usability, performance, and security testing.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in

  both manual and automation testing

  , with extensive experience defining test strategies and processes.
• Deep expertise in manual testing methodologies, including exploratory, usability, and regression testing.
• Strong programming skills for test automation (

  Python is a strong plus

  ) and experience building test frameworks.
• Expertise with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) to validate backend services.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring other engineers on quality best practices.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for advocating for the end-user.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
