Job Description

  • We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a permanent position in Pune, responsible for leading both manual and automated testing efforts across our SaaS platforms.
  • In this role, you'll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality from concept through release.
  • You will be expected to design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts, perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, and identify issues with thorough documentation.
  • The role involves enhancing automation frameworks, increasing test coverage, and continuously improving QA practices through data-driven insights and collaboration.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of QA experience, with hands-on knowledge of both manual and automation testing, and experience using tools like Selenium and Postman.
  • SQL proficiency is important for validating backend data, and experience with AI-based testing tools like Testim is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred.
  • We're looking for someone with strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a history of stable employmentideally with startup experience.
