As a Senior Python Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable, high-performance SaaS-based applications. Your expertise in Python frameworks like Django and Flask, Microservices architecture, and database management using MySQL/PostgreSQL will be essential for the success of our projects. Experience in Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech is highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, optimize, and maintain SaaS-based applications in Python using Django/Flask. - Design and implement Microservices architecture and integrate APIs efficiently. - Utilize ORM frameworks to manage database operations effectively. - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications. - Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for data management and optimization. - Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance. - Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development and SaaS architecture. - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers. **Qualifications:** - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Python development with Django/Flask. - Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. - Experience in SaaS application development in either Hospital Management Systems, E-commerce, FinTech, or HRTech. - Proficiency in ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM. - Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred. - Experience with unit testing and debugging tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
