Senior Python Developer

You are a Senior Python Developer with expertise in AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, and scalable application development. You will be working on high-velocity AI/ML projects involving predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and generative AI platforms. Your responsibilities include: - Design & Develop: Building robust Python-based applications for AI/ML, data processing, and automation. - Model Integration: Implementing, fine-tuning, and deploying ML/DL models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face. - Data Engineering: Working with structured/unstructured datasets, building pipelines (ETL, real-time streaming), and optimizing data processing. - Fast Iterations: Delivering MVPs and Proof-of-Concepts quickly, balancing speed with scalability. - Cloud Deployment: Implementing and deploying ML workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Docker/Kubernetes. - Collaboration: Working closely with data scientists, frontend engineers (React), and product owners to deliver end-to-end AI solutions. - Automation & Performance: Optimizing ML workflows, implementing MLOps (CI/CD for ML), and automating retraining pipelines. - Mentorship: Guiding junior developers, sharing best practices, and enforcing coding and testing standards. In terms of skills and experience, you should have: - 6 to 9 years of experience in Python development, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML projects. - Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI/Django for API and microservices. - Proficiency in ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers. - Experience with data engineering tools such as Pandas, Spark, Airflow, Kafka. - Hands-on experience with cloud-native ML deployments (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). - Familiarity with MLOps pipelines like Kubeflow, MLflow, DVC, CI/CD. - Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases like Postgres, MongoDB, Redis. - Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle - from model training to monitoring in production. - Exposure to generative AI, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.
