Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Python Developer. The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust back-end systems, designing scalable software solutions, and writing clean, efficient, and reusable code. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing databases, and contributing to both the architecture and implementation of technical solutions to drive business objectives. This role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system performance.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Flask
• Work with document processing pipelines using PyPDF and related libraries
• Develop scalable backend systems that can handle growing demands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and testing

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3-6+ years of professional Python development experience
• Strong expertise in FastAPI and Flask frameworks
• Hands-on experience with PyPDF or similar document processing libraries
• Proven track record of building and maintaining robust, production-grade systems
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of machine learning model deployment and MLOps
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
