Job Description

Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in Python development
Strong understanding of web frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
Good knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines
Experience in performance tuning, scalability, security best practices
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Ability to write clean, well tested, maintainable code
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
Work with frontend and product teams to integrate systems
Optimize performance, scalability, reliability of services
Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance
Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews
Participate in product planning, architecture decisions
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
