Role Overview

Senior  Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects in the areas of

  Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, and Cloud Migrations

  .
• Own the project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, monitoring, and closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and strong stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into project deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Mentor and guide project managers and technical leads.
• Participate in presales activities, including scoping, estimations, proposals, and RFPs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1017 years

  of experience in IT with

  at least 6+ years in project/program management

  .
• Proven track record of delivering

  enterprise-scale data projects

  (Cloud, MDM, Data Quality, Governance).
• Strong understanding of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Excellent skills in

  stakeholder management, client communication, and team leadership

  .
• Experience in

  project financials, budgeting, and resource management

  .
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

  PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification

  preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience in

  Informatica IDMC/IICS (CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS) and PC to IICS migration projects

  .
• Experience in

  Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Data ecosystems

  .
• Knowledge of

  Data Governance and CDGC

  .
• Exposure to

  presales, proposal preparation, and solutioning

  .
• Experience in conducting

  POCs and RFP responses

  .
