• Lead and manage a team responsible for AD transformation and migration projects.

• Plan, build, and implement Active Directory solutions.

• Migrate servers, fileshares, and factory systems from the current AD setup to the new one using

Quest tools.

• Ensure the team is responsible for 24x7 operations, providing support and resolving issues

promptly.

• Work with SiteMinder, NetIQ, and Azure technologies to support and enhance the

infrastructure.

• Oversee the operations of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver migration and transformation

requirements.

Preferred candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing AD transformations and migrations using Quest tools.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified

Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of Active Directory, SiteMinder, NetIQ, and Azure technologies.

• Experience with large-scale migrations and operations.

• Excellent people management skills with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Knowledge of budget and finance management.
