Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Advisor located in Jaipur. The main responsibilities include advising and guiding students on program selections, supporting students throughout their learning journey, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the educational programs offered. The Senior Program Advisor will also engage in strategic planning to enhance program delivery and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advising and guiding students, student support, and program knowledge
• Strategic planning, program delivery, and student satisfaction enhancement
• Experience in educational consulting or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the education technology sector is advantageous
