Senior Product Manager (Bangalore In-Person)

Were a fast-growing, profitable SaaS startup from the US, building a next-gen AI-powered social media automation platform. With strong early traction and a product-first mindset, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead us into our next phase — scaling from 10,000s to 100,000s of users and beyond.

About Us

Our mission is simple: help creators grow. Our platform has supported tens of thousands of creators, publishing millions of videos across major social platforms. We’ve built a lean, sustainable business without external funding and work closely with partners like YouTube.

We’re now entering an exciting chapter as we launch a completely reimagined version of our product — blending AI, automation, and intuitive design in ways that unlock real value for our users. We’re scaling fast and need a strong product leader who can navigate this next phase with clarity, speed, and user obsession.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product discovery and development across our core platform — owning features end-to-end from insight to launch.
• Translate company strategy and user needs into a clear, iterative product roadmap that scales with us.
• Work closely with design and engineering to rapidly prototype, validate, and ship features that deliver real impact.
• Drive execution across a fast-moving team — balancing quality, speed, and learning.
• Shape how we think about product development at scale: across systems, reliability, workflows, and performance.
• Be deeply involved in user research, data analysis, and feedback loops to guide decision-making.
• Help evolve the product experience to support hundreds of thousands of creators, ensuring it stays powerful, fast, and easy to use.
• Contribute to building a strong, high-trust product culture internally.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally with 2+ years at a fast-growing SaaS or B2C startup.
• Experience building user-facing products from 01 and 1scale — you’ve shipped fast and learned fast.
• Strong understanding of modern product development workflows and how to work closely with design and engineering.
• A balance of big-picture thinking and obsessive attention to detail — you know when to zoom out and when to sweat the UX.
• Experience scaling products across usage, performance, and infrastructure — not just features.
• Highly analytical and user-driven — you rely on data, but talk to users constantly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you lead through clarity, empathy, and conviction.
• Already based in Bangalore, with the ability to commute daily to Koramangala and start soon.
